Consultation


We offer a one-off consultation service where you can speak to Melanie about any personal immigration matter over a 25 or 45-minute phone or video call for a fixed-fee of £120 or £199 (inc VAT).


This can be done over the telephone or video link via your preferred teleconferencing application.


*Should you decide to instruct us for Full Legal Representation within 14 days of your consultation, this fee will be deducted from the fee for the Full Service.

Full representation service Includes:

  • Detailed, Honest and Bespoke Advice tailored to your specific Visa or Settlement Application or Appeal;


  • Providing you with a comprehensive documents list for you to gather, ensuring you meet all of the relevant  immigration law requirements;


  • A Full Review of all your documents before submitting to the Home Office;


  • Full completion of Application form/s on your behalf;


  • Detailed covering letter/legal representations to the Immigration Authorities;


  • Formatting/Reformatting and collating your documents for optimal and efficient presentation to the UKVI;


  • Submitting your application and supporting documents on your behalf;


  • Communicating with the Immigration Authorities on your behalf;


  • Sending you copies of all correspondence received and sent by us;


  • Checking your visa documents (once your application have been approved by the Home Office), to ensure that all of your details on the Biometric card/Visa are correct.

The below table is for guidance only and based on a single applicant. - The fixed fee is subject to the type of visa/settlement application you are making and the complexity of your case.


An instalment plan is also available. - One-third of the fixed fee must be paid as a deposit before Melanie will commence any work on your case.

We are unable to provide the Checking Service for Unmarried Partners that have been living at 3 or more different addresses together throughout the 2-year qualifying period of Cohabitation.
