About

FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE, GUARANTEED

I provide a first-class customer service for my clients and strive to remove the burden and stress of applying for a UK visa. I believe that easy communication, and keeping my clients updated regarding the progress of their cases, is imperative. Transparency is also important. I am honest about the merits of my clients’ cases, my legal fees, and any additional costs (such as the Home Office fees, etc) that may arise.

From the moment a client sees me about their case, until their case has reached its end, I believe in working closely with my clients and regard them as my “partners” in achieving the same goal: for their applications to be successfully approved, preferably at the first attempt. I believe these values have helped me to help thousands of clients over the years in achieving their immigration visas to live, work and settle in the UK.

MY BACKGROUND:

I was born in the UK, and also spent some of my childhood years in the Philippines, where I learned to speak the national language, Tagalog.

I graduated in the UK with a Second Class Honours Degree in Law in 2000. I then completed the Legal Practice Course at the prestigious BPP Law School in 2001.

My legal career then began soon after, and I qualified as a Solicitor in 2006, specialising in Immigration Law. Over the last 15 years, I have continued to hone my knowledge and experience, and develop my skills as an Immigration Solicitor to advice and assist as many people as possible, to the best of my ability.

Why Choose Me as Your Caseworker?

  • I work remotely, and am also based in a London Bridge office: I am a Consultant at Lexmark Legal Associates (www.lexmarklegal.com), an OISC-regulated law firm based in London Bridge and Harrow. I also work remotely and am often instructed by clients who live outside London and the UK. This means that I can be contacted via my work mobile, email, and Whatsapp, outside office hours and even on weekends. I can also go through documents and application forms with you via TeamViewer, allowing ease of communication for us, irrespective of where you live.
  • Relatedness & Empathy: Having immigrant parents who came to the UK in the 1970s from the Philippines to work, and being a wife and a mother myself, I can fully understand and relate to my clients’ immigration journey. I am aware that for my clients, having a UK visa in their possession means having the opportunity to plan and secure their future, as well as their families’ future, which is priceless.
  • Qualification, Expertise & Experience: I began my legal career in Immigration Law in 2001, and qualified as a Solicitor in 2006, specialising in Immigration Law. As a Solicitor, I am regulated by the Solicitors’ Regulations Authority (SRA). In total, I have nearly 15 years' worth of extensive, solid and practical legal experience of working in Immigration, Nationality and Asylum Law, EU Law, and Human Rights Law.
  • High Success Rate: I have worked with thousands of people from various countries and backgrounds and have a high rate of achieving successful outcomes for my clients. I have a fastidious and friendly approach, as well as having an excellent ability to meet deadlines. I take pride in my work and always strive to listen to my clients and provide a tailored, detailed advice to meet your individual and specific needs.

I am based in London and also work remotely. I provide Immigration and Visa Application advice and assistance. I offer affordable, fixed fee rates which can also be paid in instalments, to suit your needs and budget.

I work fast and can have your application/s and documents ready for submission to the Home Office within 2-7 working days.
