This service is designed to assist those who want to complete their UK visa process themselves.

It is a set of document checklist(s) & letter templates that are tailored according to the information you provide regarding your specific circumstances.

Your checklist and letter templates will also cater for more specific aspects of your application for example whether there are also dependent children applying,

The Service is currently £247 plus VAT* (*Where applicable).

This is a fixed price with no other hidden costs.

With application fees getting more and more costly, this is an affordable Fixed price Service and only a fraction of the price of paying for a full preparation service from other solicitors. 

Get a quick turn around time and guarantee that you have all the correct documents to submit with your application.

In the unlikely event that your application is refused, after gathering and submitting all the correct documents detailed in your checklist and using the letter templates, we will refund you the full payment.

All you have to do is email us a scanned copy of the refusal letter and the applicant's passport.

We are highly confident, however that your pack will give your visa or settlement application the best possible chance of success, as Melanie personally puts these together for her own client cases with a very high uccess rate of the visa/leave being granted.

You will receive your pack within 2-3 working days of receipt of your completed questionnaire.

We recommend you order your pack no less than 3 weeks before you need to submit your application.

This should allow you to enough time to obtain any missing documents or update existing documents you need for your application.

Also note that for some applications, elements are time sensitive e.g. the financial requirement for Partner Visa applications. - The Checklist will layout what you and /or your sponsor must provide to meet all of the visa requirements by the time that you plan to submit your application.

The letter templates have been designed so that it is easy to incorporate your personal information.

Much of the critical detail will already be laid out based on the information you provide us in the questionnaire and where you should enter/confirm further info will be clearly marked in each template.

For example:

Sponsor's Name has been employed by Company Name as a Job Title since DD/MM/YYYY.  His/Her salary is £XX,XXX per annum, and he/she has been paid this level of salary since his/her employment commenced.

Yes, where applicable we will recommend the best way to present your items e.g. photos (including how many you should include).

It will be sent to the email address you provide.

They will all be in Microsoft Word format packaged together in a Zip file.

No. The Service does not include a service for sending your application to the Home Office. - It will be your responsibility to properly complete the form, include all the relevant supporting documents, send it to the Home Office and manage the application process. 

It will also be your responsibility to ensure you include all of the documents listed in your before submitting everything to the Home Office.
