We offer a one-off Consultation Service where you can speak with experienced Immigration Solicitor, Melanie Wong, about any personal immigration matter over a 25 minute phone/video call for a fixed-fee of £120, or a 45 minute session for £199.
Should you decide to instruct us for Full Legal Representation within 14 days of your consultation, this fee will be deducted from the fee for the Full Service.

If there is something you aren’t sure about - what application to make, what form to use, what evidence to include, whether you qualify - Melanie can address any questions* you wish to ask about your immigration matter.
This can be done over the telephone or video link via Zoom/WhatsApp/Skype/Google Meet etc and will last for approximately 25 or 45 minutes depending on the Service option you book.
* Immigration Matters that are not covered by this Service:
- Advice on completing / what answers to enter on your Visa/Settlement Application Form;
- Providing a Complete list of Supporting Documents that you need for your Visa/Settlement Application;
- Reviewing a *Refusal decision and/or advising on the chances of successfully appealing a Refusal; *Such cases would require Melanie to review and assess the Home Office's decision letter and any relevant documents pertaining to your case. - Please Email us to get a quote for this Service pertaining to your specific case.

Following your consultation, you will also receive a written summary of the main points discussed and the advice provided during your call.
If there are any relevant updates to the law and/or any additional options for you to consider that were not covered during your call, this will also be included in your written summary.
Should you require further legal assistance, you will be advised on the most appropriate legal service based on your requirements and needs, and should you decide to instruct us for Full Legal Representation within 14 days of your consultation, your consultation fee will be deducted from the fee for the Full Service.
